No receipt? Usually I'm good about keeping receipts but I'm a distance away from where i live. Bought a caliper a year ago from there.
They don't do exchange without a receipt. Mostly everywhere goes thru a phone number. I can look up orders5years ago thru a phone number where im at. But nope not this place. Didn't get to use my lifetime warranty on my already junk year old caliper. My brake line hoses were replace at the same time last year. So i know that's not the problem. But regardless. Won't be spending money there anymore. I could walk into the competitors and give a phone number boom no problem. Because they didn't do an exchange over a $50. Part .There's probably thousands of dollars i won't be spending there anymore. Upgrade your computer's like the rest of the world. Also had been given wrong parts there before too.
