Lysogorski's Cabin On Wixom Lake at 2469 Andys Lane, Beaverton, Michigan.

It is unfortunate to have to leave a bad review considering the owner was very nice. However, this place was filthy. We spent the first day cleaning, scrubbing down surfaces, floors, knocked cob webs down around the walls inside and out. The random nicknacks everywhere were covered in dust, clumps of hair under the tables, and the “blankets” had holes in them. The couches smelled like scalp and urine. The towels, and linens smelled stale and were crunchy. We had to buy pillows and blankets from Family Dollar. This place needs scrubbing!! Walls, corners, cabinets, etc! Our small nonshedding dog came home infested in fleas. Pots and pans were gross. The oven was gross, I could go on and on. There’s a plug in refresher in ever room because the place smells. The house is also on a steep slope which is not mentioned on the website. There is no grass. No yard to walk around on. Not good for small kids. And this place is NOT on a lake. It’s at the END of a channel and the water is only probably 2 feet deep max. Its definitely affordable though. This would be a good place to stay for a group of hunters.
